Shipping Delays:
Although we take all necessary steps to ensure no delays arise in your vape mail. There always are circumstances beyond our control. Some of them include:
Holiday Season. If something you have ordered has run out of stock then your order might be delayed. In most cases, Vapestation staff will call the customer to make them aware of the situation.
Delay from the Courier Provider. We work with a number of Third-Party Shipping companies, if there is a delay from their side due to an unforeseen situation, such as a road accident or vehicle breakdown, then your order might be delayed.
