Refunds will only be made by the same means:
For instance, you will not be able to receive refunds on any other account except the one you used to pay from.
- Our Company will not offer any kind of exchange or refund if:
- The item has been modified, altered, repaired or serviced by any other company or person instead of Paradise-vapes.
- The item has been physically abused.
The item has been used in a manner inconsistent with the usage indicated in the manual.
The item has been utilized for any other purpose than that which it is was intended. - The item has been damaged during the shipment back to the company.
- Refund or exchange will not be made if any of the items in the original packing are missing.
- Items may only be refunded in the same condition as the original purchase.
- No returns accepted for items exposed to extreme temperatures, water or improper handling.
- For sanitary reasons, tanks may be returned only for manufacturer defect within 7 days.
- Returns and exchanges must be in like new condition with original parts/packaging.
